These terms apply to purchases made on this website from BayZel.

Orders

When you place an order you receive an order number. We confirm every order by phone before dispatch. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if the delivery details can't be confirmed, or if a pricing error has occurred; if you've paid, we'll refund you in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The total you pay, including any delivery charge, is calculated by our system and shown before you place the order. Payment is by cash on delivery.

Handmade products

Our products are made by hand from natural materials. Colour, weave, finish and size may vary slightly from the photos and from piece to piece.

Keep your password private. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
